The Jefferson Health Plan

Started in 1985, The Jefferson Health Plan is a non-profit, partially self-insured health care program designed to provide economical health care and related insurance benefits to Ohio public entities through group purchasing.
The claim experience of individual member organizations is pooled with The Jefferson Health Plan's other members to provide greater stability to the individual member group's funding levels compared to stand alone insured or self-insured plans.

We're focused on the delivery of the best care through a broad cross-section of regional and national health care networks that include the local hospitals and physicians you know.
