Golf Outing at Champions Golf Course

Champions Golf Course, a championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., is considered one of Central Ohio's most challenging public courses because of its rolling fairways, mature trees, demanding doglegs, undulating greens, and hilly terrain.

Tours of the Central Ohio region will allow conference attendees and spouses to see different amenities and venues in and around Columbus, outside of the normal conference schedule.   OCMA has been working with Experience Columbus to have a dedicated website available to attendees where they will be able to register for fun and engaging guided and self-guided tours such as the Columbus Distillery Trail, walking tours led by Columbus Food Adventures, and a Segway tour of downtown Columbus.

Assistants Exchange

The Assistant’s Exchange provides attendees with an opportunity to immerse themselves in the day-to-day activities of another organization. They will spend the day shadowing an Assistant Chief Administrative Officer or City Manager and be provided with an opportunity to learn unique insights into programs and leadership styles from Columbus area professionals.
