The Support of the Profession Committee, chaired by David Collinsworth develops initiatives to retain and promote the use of professional local government managers and the city council-manager plan form of government and activities to strengthen OCMA's relationships with Ohio's colleges and universities and other professional organizations. The committee also administers the OCMA "Next Generation" internship program.
